Access and keys
Tell us how access works for each property, whether that is a key safe, collecting keys from your office or meeting a contractor on site. Key collection and return can be arranged as part of the booking.
Proof of the clean
Ask for completion photos and we will send them when the job is finished, so you have a record for your file if a deposit query comes up later.

Yes. Send the inventory or your agency’s cleaning standard with the booking and we will build the checklist around it, so the clean matches what the property is checked against.
Do you cover several properties?+
Yes. Many landlords and agents send every turnover to one cleaner. Tell us roughly how many properties you manage and where they are, and we will agree how bookings, access and invoicing work for you.
Can a clean guarantee the tenant’s deposit?+
No cleaner can promise a deposit outcome, because deductions can also relate to damage, rent or the tenancy agreement. A clean written against the inventory, with photos, gives you the clearest record of the property’s condition.
